Fees & Insurance

Fees:

Dr. Lender's customary fee is $170 for a 45-minute session. Longer sessions and out-of-office sessions are also available.

 

​Insurance:

Dr. Lender is a Medicare provider and accepts self pay clients. While Dr. Lender is not an in network provider with any insurance companies, she will provide clients with a bill that can be submitted to their insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Questions for your Insurance Carrier:

Therapy services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan. Check your coverage carefully. You should review the following areas:

• Do I have mental health or behavioral health insurance?

• What is my annual deductible and has it been met?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from the insurance company or my primary care physician?

Payment:

Clients receive monthly invoices for therapy services. Payments can be made via credit card or by check.
